運動經紀人對中華職棒營運影響之研究

A Study of Sports Agent Effect to the Operation of the Chinese Professional Baseball League

摘要


本研究旨在探討運動經紀人對中華職棒球團經營、職棒球員及球迷之影響。本研究運用文獻探討蒐集資料,經由資料的整理、分析後,設定研究目的,並就研究目的進行歸納及討論,最後提出結論與建議。研究結果顯示:1.運動經紀人對中華職棒球團經營之影響有(1)建立周全的職棒發展制度與規範。(2)提升球團管理品質。(3)提升職棒整體經營績效。運動經紀人將影響中華職棒經營朝向更合理更制度化邁進,也促使職棒各球團也能接受球員委託經紀人出面談薪的做法,未來球團將更有餘力專注於職棒市場的經營。2.運動經紀人對中華職棒球員之影響有(1)專業分工。(2)創造價值。(3)塑造商品。(4)開拓市場。運動經紀人將會為中華職棒各別球員塑造風格不同的明星球員來滿足球團及球迷的需求。3.運動經紀人對中華職棒球迷經營之影響有(1)球迷尊崇。(2)粉絲服務。(3)現場氣氛。運動經紀人將會為名下的職棒明星經營粉絲團,協助中華職棒開拓市場。

The aim of the research is to discuss the effect of sport agent to the operation of the club, baseball player, and fans of the Chinese Professional Baseball League. The research method uses literature survey to collect the related data. Then, the data is analyzed and summarized based on research aim. Finally, the conclusions and suggestions are given. The results showed that: (1) The operation of the Chinese Professional Baseball will move towards a more rational and more institutionalized state by sports agent system. Other clubs will incorporate the system that the sports agent negotiate for salary on behalf of the players. In the future, the club will be more focus on the baseball market. (2) Sports agent will create different styles of star players to meet the needs for clubs and fans. (3) Sports agent will help operate the fans club of players and extend the market for the Chinese Professional Baseball League.
