中華職棒產業發展歷程與影響經營因素之探討

本研究主旨探討中華職棒成立之源起、發展與變遷，進而探討經營環境因素以及未來發展之建議，採用次級資料加以整理、分析與探究，獲致結論：一、棒球運動源起日據時代，渡過輝煌的三級棒球與國際賽勇奪獎牌時期，後因中華職棒的成立受到國際賽成績輝煌影響使得初創階段榮景煥發，卻因職棒簽賭案造成觀眾流失，現今職業運動全球化使中華職棒面臨更大挑戰，須從影響經營因素面改革。二、分析中華職棒產業結構與經營文化，由影響經營因素提出改善建議：（一）生產因素：積極落實培養球員制度；（二）需求因素：重視市場需求；（三）相關與支援產業：球場周邊設施需增建；（四）企業經營者：交由專業人才統籌管理；（五）政府：制定職業運動法規建立回饋機制。

This study aims to explore the origins, development and transformation of the Chinese Professional Baseball League in order to further investigate the operation factors and make suggestions for future development. Through literature reviews, compilation and analysis, conclusions have been reached as follows: 1. Starting in the Japanese colonial period, baseball has undergone a brilliant three classes of baseball leagues and has won numerous medals in international tournaments. The Chinese Professional Baseball League was thus established and enjoyed a period of prosperity at the beginning. However, the audience was lost due to gambling and as well the globalization of professional sports was another great challenge that called for reform of factors influencing operation. 2. Through the analysis of industrial structure and operation culture of the Chinese Professional Baseball League, suggestions are made regarding the operation factors: (1) Production factor: baseball talent cultivation system should be actively established; (2) Demand factor: market demand should be valued; (3) Relevant and supporting industry: peripheral facilities near the stadium should be added; (4) Business operators: professional managers should be appointed to take charge of the operation; and (5) Government: Laws and regulations governing professional sports and a feedback mechanism should be established.
