摘要

本研究在瞭解UBA公開男生組第一級選手的生涯規劃，包括瞭解選手的啟蒙狀況，以及大學入學選填學校和科系的考量；瞭解選手的課業與專業術科如何兼顧的安排；藉以探究選手該學科及專業術科對未來就業有何種關聯；並藉此探究選手對於未來規劃的現象。本研究以立意取樣選取四位UBA公開男生組第一級選手，以質性研究法，使用半結構式問卷及深入訪談法蒐集資料，以三角檢驗法、受試者查核、省思備忘錄以 及專家學者校正以提升信度、內在效度及外在效度，按照紮根理論分析個案的特質。本研究所獲得的結論如下：對於UBA公開男生組第一級選手來說，身材條件是影響踏上籃球路的重大指標；選擇學校與科系則受到喜好程度為取向，對於未來並不具長遠考量；現今讓選手維持一定的學識基礎，主要關鍵是體力調節與練習時間規劃，但都是可以克服；選手認為術科對未來繼續走籃球路及專任教練資格取得有絕對的幫助，而學科對未來的工作有正向影響；每位選手都有個人的生涯規劃，臺北市立大學籃球選手是以老師、公職人員為取向。根據本研究結果，希望提供給現役大專選手參考。

This research aims at understanding the career development of the University Basketball Association’s first-class male player, including to understand athlete’s enlighten condition, and the consideration of choosing school and departments ;to understand how athletes balance the arrangement between school work and professional skills; in order to probe the connection between how their school work and profession skills relate to their future career; and whereby probe the athlete’s future organization phenomenon. Four first-class UBA players were chosen in this study on purposeful sampling, with Qualitative Research Method, using half –structured questionnaire and In-depth interviews to gather informations, by Triangle Inspection Act, check subjects, reflections memorandum and experts correction to elevate reliability , internal validity and external validity, according to Grounded Theory to anlysis the case’s characteristics. Conclusions obtained in this study are as follows: For the first-class UBA male players, body condition is a major index to influence stepping to the road of basketball; choosing school and department then based on preference degrees, not for making long-term considerations to future; The way to let the athletes to maintain A certain knowledge base, mainly based on physical adjustments and to Practice time planning. Athletes consider technical subjects as an absolute help to their future and the degree of full-time coach, and also, subject has a positive impact on the future work; Every athlete has their own career development, as for basketball athletes in University of Taipei are mainly pursuing to become teachers and public officials. According to the study results, hope to provide reference for the active players.
