高中籃球聯賽不同位置攻守技術與效率指數趨勢分析

摘要


目的:高中籃球聯賽為我國籃球運動發展的重要環節,本研究透過分析2007 年度至2016 年度不同位置球員攻守技術表現與效率指數,以瞭解其10 年來之整體發展趨勢。方法:以2007 年度至2016 年度全部比賽之參賽球員為研究對象,透過NBA Efficiency Rating 公式將攻守數據換算為效率指數,以SPSS 22.0 套裝統計軟體進行皮爾森相關分析、單因子變異數分析。結果:2 分投籃命中率、3 分投籃命中率、罰球投籃命中率、得分、籃板、助攻、搶截、阻攻、失誤及球員效率指數與比賽勝負具有顯著相關。不同位置之間攻守技術表現與效率指數具顯著差異:後衛在罰球命中率與得分顯著優於中鋒,在助攻、搶截及犯規顯著優於前鋒與中鋒,在失誤次數則顯著高於前鋒與中鋒。前鋒在罰球命中率、得分、助攻、搶截及犯規顯著優於中鋒,在2 分命中率、進攻籃板、防守籃板、阻攻與失誤顯著優於後衛。中鋒在2 分球命中率、進攻籃板、防守籃板、阻攻及失誤顯著優於前鋒與後衛。效率指數方面,前鋒顯著優於後衛與中鋒,後衛亦顯著優於中鋒。整體效率指數有進步之趨勢。後衛效率指數有進步的趨勢,中鋒效率指數從2010年度開始持續下滑。結論:前鋒的攻守技術與效率指數表現最好,後衛在比賽中所佔的角色日漸重要,近10 年來中鋒效率指數有下滑的跡象,建議高中球隊及早加強中鋒球員更多元的攻守能力。

Objective: To analyze the performance and efficiency index of the offensive and defensive players in the high school basketball league from 2007 to 2016. Methods: A total of the players from 2007 to 2016 were selected as the object of study. The offensive and defensive data were converted into efficiency index through the NBA Efficiency Rating formula. The Pearson correlation analysis, single factor variance analysis and Scheffe method afterwards analyzed with SPSS 22.0 suite of statistical software. Results: 2-point shoot percentage, 3-point shot percentage, free throw percentage, scoring, rebounding, assist, steal, block shot, turnover and player efficiency index and the outcome of the game has a significant correlation. There were significant differences between the offensive and defensive turnovers and the efficiency index between the different positions. The guard had a better score than the center in the free throw percentage and the scoring. The assist, steal and foul of guard is significantly better than the forward and center. And the turnover was significantly higher than the forward and the center. The Forward in the free throw percentage, scoring, assist, steal and foul is significantly better than the center, 2-point shoot percentage, offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, block shot and turnover were significantly better than the guard. Center in the 2-point shoot percentage, offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, block shot and turnover significantly better than forward and guard. For efficiency index, the forward was significantly better than the guard and center, the guard is also significantly better than the center. The overall efficiency index has a tendency to progress. Guard efficiency index has a progressive trend, center efficiency index from the beginning of 2010 continued to decline. Conclusion: The forward's offensive and defensive skill and efficiency index performed the best. The role of the guard in the game increasingly important. The center efficiency index has declined in the past 10 years. It is recommended that high school team need to strengthen the center players more offensive and defensive ability.
