運動與性別的新聞再現－以105學年度高中籃球甲級聯賽總決賽之報導為例

The Representation of Sport and Gender: Reports of 105 High school Basketball League Finals

摘要

運動在媒體的播送下獲得許多關注，所使用的新聞用字對於大眾也可能造成一定的影響。本文以105年HBL甲級籃球聯賽總決賽之報紙報導為研究，探究在報紙報導上男女性運動員的報紙版面所佔的篇幅及照片多寡是否有差異，對於報導上男女運動員的用字遣詞是否具性別迷思並且帶性別歧視的意味，報紙新聞對於105年HBL男女性運動員的報導中欲呈現的意境是否有性別迷思。本研究使用文本分析法進行報紙文字的分析，採用Saussure的符號學以及簡秋暖、杜光玉（2007）對性別議題以及媒體表現的定義，針對有對105年HBL冠軍賽所有的報紙報導，進行分析研究。發現（一）總篇幅較無差異，但照片數量男女運動員之分配出現較多差異、（二）在文字的使用上，容易把女性運動員導向較為溫柔、平穩、柔弱的氣質，並且相較於男性運動員的報導較少琢磨於球技展現、（三）女性運動員相關新聞氣氛相較於男性運動員相關新聞氣氛來的感動及溫馨；筆者對於表達內容中，發現具有性別迷思，以及保有傳統性別氣質的觀點在報導中，對於男女運動員的報導不夠中立。

The writings base reports of 105 High school Basketball League finals as the object, to know male athlete and female athlete of newspaper report space and photo quantity have difference; the words in report have sex stereotypes; newspaper create artistic conception have sex stereotypes. Using Saussure's Semiotics and gender issue and media performance conduct research. Invent all the report space no difference, but photo quantity have more difference. In word using, describe female athlete stable and weak image. Compare to male athlete reports surrounding feeling, female athlete reports feel moving and warm. Reporter news content have sex stereotypes and keep traditional gender image. Report not enough neutral.
