海峽兩岸體育活動競技、學術與文化交流之研究－以C9高校建德新安江龍舟賽為例

摘要

兩岸體育現況日益受到重視，無論是在學校或是政府單位方面，臺灣與中國各地區皆積極以體育交流此方式促進兩岸關係之發展，且兩岸間體育交流的方式相當多元，所帶來的益處也十分可觀。本研究以文獻分析法探討兩岸體育交流活動之形態和交流之益處，研究結果發現透過競技交流、學術交流與文化交流，可以提升競技運動水準、促進多元文化交流、增加體育學術交流機會、強化運動觀光與城市行銷、振興運動產業合作與發展、提高我國在國際上之能見度並消除兩岸之間的隔閡。文末以2015年C9高校建德新安江龍舟交流賽此個案為例，分析兩岸間體育活動的辦理形式與效益，期望未來臺灣能發展出透過政府與企業合作辦理的國際交流賽事，以提升臺灣在國際間的競爭力。

The current situation of cross-strait sports was receiving more and more attention. Whether it was a school or a government unit, Taiwan and all regions of China were actively promoting the development of cross-strait relations through sports exchanges. The way of sports exchanges between the two sides was quite diverse, and the benefits were also considerable. This study discussed the type of cross-strait sports exchange activities and the benefits of it by literature review and analysis. The results show that it can improved the level of competitive sports, promote multicultural exchanges, increased sports academic exchange opportunities, strengthened sports tourism and city marketing, revitalized sports industry cooperation and development, improved Taiwan's visibility in the international arena and eliminated the barrier between the two through competitive exchanges, academic exchanges and cultural exchanges of sports activities. Took the case of the 2015 C9 University Jiande's Xinan River Dragon Boat Race as an example. Analyzed of the handling forms and benefits of sports activities on both sides of the strait, and expected Taiwan to develop international exchange events through cooperation between the government and enterprises in the future so as to increase Taiwan's competitiveness in the international arena.
