運動代表隊教練僕人式領導之探討

摘要

在運動代表隊中，教練除了本身須具備專業的知識與技能及提升隊員運動技術外，在團隊中更扮演著領導者的重要角色，方可引導整個團隊的方向，朝彼此之共同目標努力達成。在運動情境中，教練領導行為往往決定運動代表隊的成績，是運動學界所關注的議題，亦是組織領導行為中研究的一環。僕人領導是以僕人的心態去服務他人，強調關心、溝通與人性，能傾聽他人需求，幫助他人學習成長，不僅可解決團隊的問題，也能提升每個人的價值。本文以文獻分析法，探討代表隊教練的領導概念，期望能對運動代表隊教練帶來一些啟發，並能內化於心中，外顯於行為，對運動代表隊領導效能與訓練工作產生事半功倍的效果。

The coach is on the sports team, in addition to having professional knowledge and skills and improving team sports skills, play an important role as a leader in sports teams, to guide the direction of the entire team, to achieve the common goal of each other. Coaching leadership behavior in sports situations often determines the performance of sports teams, it is a topic of concern to the sports community and a part of research in organizational leadership behavior. The servant leadership serves others with a servant mentality, emphasizing care, communication and humanity. He can listen to the needs of others and help others learn and grow, which can not only solve the problems of the team, but also enhance the value of everyone. This article uses literature analysis to discuss the leadership concepts of the coaches of the representative teams, in order to bring inspiration to the coaches of the representative teams, and it can be internalized in the heart and exposed in the behavior, which has a multiplier effect on the leadership effectiveness and training of the sports team.
