音樂演奏者健康促進—以演奏醫學提升我國音樂資優教育之永續競爭力

Health Promotion for Music Performers—Enhancing Competitiveness of Talented Musician Program in Taiwan with Performing Arts Medicine

摘要


本文提出重視演奏醫學研究的呼籲,並分析演奏傷害與演奏焦慮兩大演奏醫學研究議題、闡述樂學者(及教師)在演奏者健康促進的角色任務,進而推薦國際知名演奏醫學之研究中心、學會組織、健康促進計畫與實施課程,及分享個人在大學發展音樂演奏健康促進遠距課程的經驗。最終期許更多跨領域學者參與演奏醫學研究,並呼籲中小學音樂班儘早規畫相關課程,避免演奏傷害及演奏焦慮對學生造成的不利影響,以提升我國音樂演奏教育的永續競爭力。

In this paper the author emphasizes the importance of performing arts medicine and reviews the major medical problems of music performers including performance injury and performance anxiety, and the roles and responsibilities of music researchers and educators for health promotion of music performers. Comprehensive resources of music medicine for performers are introduced including renowned international research institute, academic association, and health promotion program and curriculum. The author also shares her personal experience in developing health promotion distance education program for music performers in higher education. In final the author encourages more interdisciplinary researchers to collaborate in performing arts medicine and appeals for health promotion curriculum development in talented musician program of primary, secondary education. Hopefully the unfavorable impacts of performance injury and performance anxiety will be eliminated in order to enhance the competitiveness of music performer education in Taiwan.
