台灣推動環境教育的現況與問題及其因應策略

The Current Situation and Issues of Promoting Environmental Education in Taiwan with Reference to Its Strategies

摘要


本文旨在探討台灣推動環境教育的現況與問題,進而提出解決問題的因應策略。全文除前言與結語外,共分四部分。首先說明環境教育的意涵,包括由自然、社會及規範等三項環境融合而成的人類整體的生態環境;其次,探究國際推動環境教育的發展,透過國際組織召開各項環境教育會議所提出的重要宣言及具體措施;再次敘述台灣推動環境教育的現況及其問題;最後提出解決問題的六項策略,並期許台灣未來環境發展能生生不息。

This paper focus on the current situation and problems of Taiwan's environmental education. The paper includes four main parts. Part One defines environmental education in general. Part Two examines the proclamations and sub stantial policies proposed in several international conferences on environment and environmental education as well as policies to be put into practice. The third part reviews the current situation and its existing problems of environmental education in Taiwan. Finally, the paper proposes six trategies aiming at solving the problems of Taiwan environmental education.
