摘要

台灣學術界造假和抄襲事件時有所聞，而在國際著名期刊被查出造假或抄襲，影響台灣學術聲譽甚大。為避免日後不時爆出醜聞，學界應祭出解聘的重罰。另外，在聘書上應加上學術論文若涉造假或抄襲，校方絕不寬宥的條文。

Fabrication and plagiarism cases are often heard from time to time in Taiwan's academics. However, fabrication and plagiarism cases found by internationally renowned journals have damaged the academic reputation of Taiwan. To avoid further scandals, the academic institutions should impose severe penalties such as dismissals, and impose a zero tolerance policy on academic fabrication and plagiarism in the faculty appointment letters.
