Change and Unchanged: On the Family Diversity and Family Education

摘要

隨著時代的社會變遷，當今家庭的結構與類型產生了極大的變化。面對多樣化的家庭，家庭的本質何在？的確有必要再釐清與探討。本文期盼透過檢視當今台灣家庭的變化風貌，指出當今台灣社會所面臨的家庭問題，重新再概念化家庭的定義，並反思家庭的功能，最後藉由家庭教育的重要性來論述健康家庭的特質，並提出六點我國家庭教育未來之規劃與發展重點，期盼對政府制定家庭政策，以及所有學校和家庭教育工作者實施家庭相關教育之參考。

Along with the social change in the contemporary times, the current types of families are transformed drastically. It is thus instrumental to redefine the core value and nature of the family. The study aims at analyzing the family issues in Taiwan, reconstructing the meaning of family, and rethinking its functions. Features of the healthy family are discussed. Finally, six points are suggested as the guideline for family education which can be offered as references to the government, schools, and families for implementing policies.
