網美秘境的崛起對遊客及社區的影響－以賊仔澳玻璃海灘為例

The Rise of Net Beauty Quodis Arcana Impact the Tourists and Community-A Case Study on the Glass Beach of Pirate's Cove

摘要

本研究從宜蘭縣中的網美秘境，在具有發展潛力且交通便利的條件下，篩選出賊仔澳玻璃海灘作為研究地點，以瞭解網美的興起對遊客及當地居民的影響。藉由問卷調查，瞭解遊客對賊仔澳玻璃海灘的遊憩體驗，而以半結構式訪談方式，瞭解居民對觀光衝擊的看法及其認知態度，並建議該景點發展的方向。賊仔澳玻璃海灘屬於內埤海灣的周邊景點，因社群網站和網路的傳播，遊客數量有明顯增加，觀光區塊逐漸形成，屬於旅遊地生命週期中的投入期，內埤海灣則偏向為發展期。由遊客部分的結果得知，多數遊客是藉由親朋好友、社群網站及網路得知該景點資訊，對該景點之海景、山色與岩石景觀滿意且再遊意願高。網美為當地帶來知名度與人潮及經濟助益，由居民部分得知，到目前為止並未對網美秘境造成嚴重的負面衝擊，所以當地居民多表示願意支持觀光發展，因觀光帶來投資和就業機會的增加，也使公共建設擴增，帶動並活絡地方發展，且會吸引青年返鄉，減緩人口外流速度。網美帶起的觀光型態偏向為替代觀光，由於大部分的遊客生活於環境泡泡的防護牆中，可以適當建置舒適且標準化之觀光設施，以增加觀光吸引力和再遊意願。本研究建議可以再加強現有的活動、大眾運輸工具之路線規劃，並可朝向休閒漁業發展，例如設置教育文化型的海洋環境教育中心及增加漁拓活動與海洋運動型活動等，創造更多元化的活動項目，使觀光得以永續發展。

The study filter out the glass beach of Pirate's cove as our research object under the conditions of development potential and convenient transportation in the net beauty Quodis arcana from Yilan county to understand the influence of the tourists and the local residents because the rise of net beauty. We hope to understand the tourists' recreation experiences on the glass beach of Pirate's cove via questionnaires, to understand the residents' viewpoint and cognitive attitude from tourism impact via semi-structured interview, and suggest the development direction of the attraction. The glass beach of Pirate's cove is one of the attractions nearby around Neipi bay. The glass beach of Pirate's cove belongs to involvement stage in tourist area cycle of evolution because the number of tourists increases obviously via the spread from the social network and Internet, tourism block has formed gradually, and then Neipi bay belongs to development stage. The results from tourist's questionnaires show that most tourists obtain the information of the attraction through friends and relatives, social network, and Internet. Tourists are satisfied with the seascape, mountain scenery and rocky landscape of the attraction, and high willing to return once more. The results from residents' questionnaires show that the most residents are willing to support tourism development because tourists don't bring about negative impact seriously, and the net beauty bring popularity, more crowd and economic benefit. Tourism creates investment and employment opportunities, expanding public facilities, boosting the local development, attracting the youth return, and alleviating the speed of outward migration. The tourism type of net beauty has a tendency to alternative tourism. We should build comfortable and standard facility to increase tourism attraction and willing to return because most tourists live in environmental bubble. The study suggest to enhance current activity, plan the route for public transportation, and toward the development of leisure fisheries, for example to establish marine environmental education center of culture and education type , to increase fish printing activity and marine sports activity, for creating multiple activities to make tourism development achieve sustainability.
