摘要


本研究利用頻率響應的設計方式來設計超前補償器和建立聚焦讀取頭控制器參數自動設計流程,並利用Matlab程式撰寫出自動化程式。使用者只需輸入控制規格及馬達動態特性後,即可自動產生超前補償器的控制參數,同時在光碟機的數位訊號處理器(DSP)內控制參數數值規格的限制下轉換出十六進位數值,直接輸入數位訊號處理器以供讀取頭聚焦控制時使用。利用實驗的驗証可確定自動產生的參數對光碟機讀取頭具有很好的控制效率。

An automatic parameter design process is developed for a lead-compensator in a focusing control system on a commercial optical disk drive. In the frequency domain the automatic design process of focusing a pick-up head controller can apply a set of control parameters to the lead compensator, designed by Matlab software to provide a convenient and fast operation. After the actual system parameters are identified by an auxiliary experiment, the appropriate control parameters can be obtained and the hex code for the digital signal processor (DSP) on the player generated by the proposed automatic design program. The practical performance of the control system can be improved via the design process.
