運用精化Kano二維品質模式與品質機能展開建立大學招生最佳策略

Using a Refined Kano Model and Quality Function Deployment to Optimize College Admission Strategies

摘要


受到少子化的影響,大學無不積極加強招生工作,期能增加學生的就讀率。本研究運用精化Kano二維品質模式(Refined Kano's Model),深入了解大一新生選擇就讀大學重要衡量因素,據以訂定最佳招生策略,以提升招生效率。研究結果顯示:計有10項要素屬於「潛力品質」,有5項要素屬於「高附加價值品質」,此乃學生選校之較為重要的衡量因素。將上列諸項衡量因素作為學生需求,再用品質機能展開列出滿足學生需求的實際做法,並透過重要度加權計算加以排序,排序較前者,即是學校招生的最佳策略。

Because the declining birthrate, colleges are actively enhancing their enrolment propaganda to increase student attendance. Therefore, this study employed a refined Kano quality model comprising two dimensions to determine which factors freshmen consider when choosing a college. The results revealed 10 elements of potential quality and five elements of high value-added quality that students focus attention on when selecting a school for future study. These elements were considered as the students' minimal quality requirements. Subsequently, quality function deployment was applied to identify suitable methods that fit the students' requirements. The identified methods can be ranked after weighting the importance of the elements, and the optimal school admission policy can be identified according to the ranked elements.
