不動產交易市場日異發展,增添許多新的業務及機會,而市場競爭也隨之日劇,基於競爭的壓力,不動產從業人員想要爭取更多機會,要有更專業的知識與專業證照等。台灣有關敎育調查的研究很多,針對不動產經紀人員證照訓練,服務品質與顧客滿意議題的研究卻付之闕如,本研究目的則以提升不動產訓練教學品質為主,如何找出並歸類那些要素是對教學品質有影響,並能確認其優先順序再考量成本效益而尋求重點改善。 以中華不動產知識交流協會作為個案研究,針對不動產經紀營業員證照教育訓練作為研究主題,探討教育訓練品質的改善策略;根據分析結果,提供中華不動產知識交流協會應用於教育訓練提昇服務品質作業,進而提高學員滿意度、競爭優勢,讓房仲人員證照訓練取得的發展更加健全與成熟。
In Taiwan, there are numerous researches on education, in which those studies relating to real estate certification are mainly focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction issues. In the case study of China Real Estate Association, the research focuses on the training process in obtaining the Real estate license, and discuss the strategies of improving the quality of the process itself; provided by the result of research analysis, and will then be able to improve the service, raise the satisfaction of applicants, as well as the competitive advantages, in order to develop a complete and mature license acquiring process.
