摘要

本文乃描述照護一位29歲男性年輕腦中風病患，因突然遭遇腦中風，而出現身體心像紊亂的護理經驗。護理期間為2008年9月12日至10月3日，我們經由觀察、會談、身體評估等評估方法，發現個案主要的健康問題有：「身體心像紊亂」、「身體活動功能障礙」、「知識缺失」，我們提供個別性的護理措施，包含社會心理支持、正向思考、改善參與復健動機、認識腦中風及以重返職場為目標的促進肢體活動計畫；此外，適時提供個別性腦中風相關知識，包含教導控制良好的血壓、戒除菸酒及養成規律的生活習慣，以降低腦中風再度發生的機率。

This article described a nursing experience for a young male diagnosed with ischemic stroke which causing body image disturbance. During the period of hospitalization, from September 12, 2008 to October 3, 2008, we made a careful of assessment physical examination, interview and observation to identify the case's health problems, were ”motor function impairment”, ”body image disturbance” and ”insufficient post-stroke-care's knowledge”. We provided individual intervention which including ”social-psychological support”, ”provide positive thinking”, ”improve rehabilitation motivation”, ”understanding what happen in stroke” and ”how to increased functional status for get back to work”. In addition, we provided post-stroke-care knowledge such as blood pressure control smoking cessation, abstain from drinking and life modification in order to prevention the possibility of the a recurrence of the stroke.
