摘要

本文欲從東西方哲學愛的理論觀點，闡明護理關懷的內涵。隨醫療科技的進步，護病關係逐漸為科技所宰制，以哲學的愛觀來看護理關懷是有其必要性。基督教與希臘文化為西方人文思考起源，以基督教闡述人順服上帝衍生之宗教愛，承襲亞理斯多德之德行倫理觀，推崇希臘智慧之愛即為尊敬之德，結合愛與尊敬，培養成為普世化與公共化流傳之；東方哲學則以儒道佛三教論述愛的定義，儒家強調愛人成仁，道家強調兼愛天下萬物，佛家則慈愛眾生拔苦予樂。護理臨床照護為關懷助人之專業，本論述希望透過哲學愛的理論論述，提升臨床現場的人文素養，落實護理關懷理念，將護理專業知識與人文關懷進行整合，以發展護理關懷之技藝論，重新肯定護理價值，發揮當責護理之愛。

This paper presents the connotation of nursing care from the theoretical view of Eastern and Western philosophic love. With the improvement of medical technology, the nurse-patient relationship has gradually become dominated by technology, so it is necessary to view nursing care in terms of philosophic love. Christianity and Greek culture are the origin of Western humanistic thought. Christianity explains the religious love that was derived from human obedience to God; Greek culture inherits Aristotle's view of virtue and ethics, and emphasizes the love of wisdom as the virtue to respect. Western thought integrates love and respect, and is spread to become universal and public. On the other hand, Eastern philosophy explains love in terms of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism. Confucianism encourages loving others and dying for a righteous cause; Taoism emphasizes on loving all things of earth; Buddhism stresses on loving all creatures and replacing pain with happiness. Nursing care is a profession revolving around caring for and helping people. Through the theoretical discourse of philosophic love, this paper aims to enhance clinical humanities, implement the idea of nursing care, and integrate nursing profession and humane care, in order to develop the doctrine of craft for nursing care, reaffirm nursing value, and realize the responsibility of nursing love.
