降低門診手術麻醉後安全護理指導之不完整性
Lowering the Incompletion Rate of Safe Post-Anesthesia Care Instructions in Outpatient Surgery Patients
摘要
本專案旨在降低門診手術病人麻醉後安全護理指導的不完整率，專案於2012年6月10日～2012年10月05日實施。經問卷及現況分析發現問題為：「病人對麻醉後應注意事項認知不足」，「病人容易忘記衛教內容」、「病人沒有接受麻醉衛教訊息」。經討論及文獻查證，擬定三項改善內容：1.規劃製作各種門診手術麻醉後指導媒體；2.規劃製作離院前安全照護標準：「門診手術麻醉後之離院標準評分表」衛教單張、反問成效機制；3.進行手術醫師麻醉觀念個別澄清；結果顯示不完整率由15.8%下降至6.67%。其附加效益為護理指導滿意度，從專案改善前83.83%提升至89.50%，進而提升恢復室護理專業及服務形象。

In this study, that took place from June 10 to October 5, 2012, we aimed to lower the incompletion rate of safe post-anesthesia care instructions in outpatient surgery patients. Using questionnaires and situation analysis, we found the following problems: patients had insufficient knowledge of important post-anesthesia matters, patients tended to forget health education content, and patients did not receive any anesthesia-related information. After discussion and literature review, we proposed three points of improvement: 1. The development of instructional media on important post-anesthesia matters for outpatient surgery patients; 2. The establishment of a standard for pre-discharge care: using patient information sheets and score charts for postnesthesia discharge, and interviewing patients; 3. The education of surgeons on the importance of providing post- nesthesia care to outpatient surgery patients. Results showed a decrease of the incompletion rate from 15.8% to 6.67%. An additional benefit of these improvements was that the level of satisfaction with nursing instructions increased from 83.83% to 89.50%, enhancing the recovery room nurses' image of professionalism and service quality.
