摘要

本專案旨在提升麻醉護理指導的完整率，專案於2008年5月～11月30日實施。經臨床調查、現況分析及文獻查證後，擬定專案改善內容包含四個項目：規劃完整的各項麻醉方式護理指導內容、製作安全麻醉護理指導多媒體教材、規劃麻醉護理指導執行標準及制定監控機制、規劃舉辦護理指導示範教學與在職教育及宣導使用多媒體教材。結果顯示護理人員麻醉護理指導完整率由54.5%提升至95%、麻醉護理指導執行率由61%提升至94%、病患麻醉護理指導滿意度亦由61.2%提升至97.8%，此專案成效顯出，本專案除提升護理指導執行率及完整率外，亦可從病患麻醉護理指導滿意度的提升上，看出麻醉護理人員除了麻醉技能外，另一個原有的護理角色與功能。

This project aim is promoting the integrity rate of the nursing instruction of the anesthesia. The project began 1 May 2008 and concluded on 30 November of the same year. After clinical investigating, problem analysis, and literature review, we made the four methods used included: (1) Plan integrity each anesthesia way nursing instruction content, (2) manufacture security anesthesia the nursing guide multi-media, (3) material programming anesthesia nursing instruction carries out the standard and establishment supervision mechanism, (4) held workshop for demonstration of anesthesia nursing instruction and guide to use multi-media teaching material. Results showed that the integrity rate of nursing instruction was increased from 54.5% to 95%. Nursing instruction the performance rate improved from 61.1% to 94%. Patient's satisfaction with nursing instruction also increased from 61.2% to 97.8%. Implementations of this project not only significantly reduced the integrity rate of the nursing instruction, but also promote the performance rate of nursing instruction. Finally, patient's satisfaction and quality of nursing care were improved.
