運用情境模擬教學提升加護病房護理人員身體評估之能力

The Use of Simulation Teaching to Improve Physical Assessmant Ability of Nursing Staff in Intenslve Care Unit

摘要


加護病房病人疾病複雜度高且易有突發狀況,護理人員需要具備足夠的身體評估實務與應變能力;故本專案經現況資料收集,發現護理人員執行身體評估正確率為50.38%及認知正確率為67.25%;主要原因為:1.缺乏相關在職教育課程;2.身體評估認知及操作技能不足;3.未有身體評估稽核制度。本專案的目的欲提升加護病房護理人員身體評估能力及認知正確率達80%;改善方案:運用多元教學及情境模擬教學、制定稽核制度,經後測身體評估正確率及認知率皆達閾值。本專案運用多元策略方式導入情境模擬教學,確實可提升加護病房護理人員身體評估能力,故持續將改善方案推展於臨床實務中,以提升病人安全及專業的照護品質。

The situation of patients in intensive care unit is complicated and tending to change easily. So the nursing personnel need to have adequate cognition and adapt ability during physical evaluation. This study has collected data of present nursing condition , noting that the nurses have 50.38% about the accuracy rate of physical assessment and 67.25% about cognizance scores. The main causes are 1. lack of in-service education. 2. inadequate cognition and practicing skill. 3.lack of checking system about physical assessment. This study aims at elevating the accuracy rate and cognizance scores of physical assessment for intensive care unit nursing personnel to 80%. The methods include: Using diversified teaching and situation simulation, setting a monitor system, posttest the accuracy rate and cognizance scores achieve the threshold. This study is situation simulation teaching as pivot, ability of intensive care unit nursing personnel elevate at physical assessment actually. So, the above-mentioned methods will be practiced at clinical nursing service to promote safety and profession care for the patients.
