摘要


模擬情境教學發展與臨床實務相似情境,提供學習者反覆的練習與臨床評估,或面臨危急、重症處置時其決策判斷做出有效、合適的介入措施或技術執行。對於學習者的問題解決能力、批判性思考、臨床決策能力可有效提升,其評估健康問題及持續管理疾病能力將更具效率。本文意旨從模擬情境教學策略發展的源起,進而描述模擬情境教學的內涵與步驟,期能提供一創新教學策略予相關醫護教育者有不同思維與視野。

Simulation teaching is developed to similar situations of the clinical practice, to provide learners repeated practice skills and clinical assessment, or meet a critical, severe condition to make an effective decision making, appropriate intervention or technical performance. For problem solving ability, critical thinking and clinical decision- making ability of the learner can effectively increase the assessment skills of the health problems and the management ability of the disease will be more efficient. This article describes history and development the simulation in teaching strategies and delineate the context and steps of simulation teaching, to provide an innovative teaching strategy to the health care educators who will have different thinking and perspective.
