提升表達型失語症病人溝通能力

Improving the Communication Skills of Patients with Expressive Aphasia

摘要


背景:臨床發現表達型失語症病人於入院接受治療至出院時溝通障礙程度改善僅33.3%,因強化溝通能力為失語症病人治療之期望目標,故本專案針對此議題提出解決方案以改進之。目的:使表達型失語症病人之溝通能力改善由現33.3%提升至65.0%。解決方案:以跨領域合作且建制失語症照護決策標準及語言評估表,並創新設計表達型失語症語言溝通工具「代言魔方App」與語言訓練工具「歡唱卡拉OK」、「聲庚桌遊大富翁」等,輔助以加強訓練失語症病人之溝通能力。結果:經由專案實施改善方法後,表達型失語症病人之溝通能力成效,由原33.3%提升至66.7%,進而彰顯介入措施之影響。結論:藉由完整之決策標準及跨團隊合作研發之創新工具能有效提升表達型失語症病人之溝通能力。

Background: Evidence from previous clinically case studies has shown that the only 33.3% recovery on speech and language therapy of the aphasia patient under regular treatment. However, strength of the ability to produce spoken language is to be expected for the expressive aphasia patient at all. Underlying this is a practical lack of the rehabilitation tools over what real-world communication entails and how it should be implemented. Purpose: The aim of this present study is to improving on real-world communication ability of the patient with Broca's aphasia from 33.3% to 65.0% recovery. Methods: Specifically for expressive aphasia patients to get better in communication skills. A standard procedure of decision-making and spoken diagnosis for aphasia healthcare were proposed, as well as innovatively medium of communication "Rubik's Cube App" and spoken training tool "Let's Sing Karaoke", "Sheng Gung Monopoly", etc. were also figured out through interdisciplinary integration in this present study. Results: A total of articles were retrieved performing rehabilitation techniques significantly increased near 34% than original state for reinforcing the spoken and presentation behavior of the patient with expressive aphasia. Overall, it shows that the remarkable recovering level up to 66.7% from 33.3% by using the modified treatments. Conclusion: This research provides a way in a more practical and systematic cured approach to the act and rehabilitation of the Broca's area of the brain, therefore efficiently help the expressive aphasia patients go through a period of spontaneous recovery following brain injury in which they repossess a large deal of language function.
