Interactive whiteboard, which is one of computer-assisted instructions, has been promoted nationwide to teachers from elementary to junior high schools as a teaching aid, and has become common on campus. The device has been applied to special education overseas, which becomes a trend, while it is just a start to Taiwan. The purpose of the article is to introduce interactive whiteboard though literature reviews, to enhance special education teachers' understanding of the device. It also provides experience about application of interactive whiteboard and attached teaching editor software to lectures.
