嘉義縣國中小資優教師實施區分性課程與教學調查研究

摘要


區分性課程與教學是當代重要的教育議題,教師專業素養則是轉化與實踐區分性課程與教學樞紐,本研究調查嘉義縣資優教師對區分性課程與教學實施的看法,探究嘉義縣資優教育運作面臨的挑戰,並考量嘉義縣教育師資結構,提出回應挑戰的可能方向。

Differentiated curriculum and instruction were one of contemporary essential education issues. The core of transforming and implementing differentiated curriculum and instruction was teacher professional competency. In this survey study, gifted education teachers' perspectives on the current implementation of differentiated curriculum and instruction in Chaiyi County were investigated. The challenges of gifted education and possible considerations and methods based on the teacher structure in this county were also discussed.
