本研究旨在探討國小教師專業學習社群參與動機與學習成效之情形,不同背景變項在教師參與動機與學習成效差異情形與教師參與動機與學習成效彼此的關係,最後與研究結果做討論。本研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究工具為「教師參與動機與學習成效關係之調查問卷」,研究對象以嘉義市190 位公立國民小學教師,實際回收有效問卷185份,回收率為97.3%。所得問卷資料以 SPSS 12.0 統計套裝軟體,分別運用描述性統計分析、獨立t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關及多元迴歸等方法來進行資料統計分析。本研究透過資料分析結果歸納之結論如以下六點: 一、嘉義市國小教師專業學習社群之參與動機具備「中上程度」,其中以「求知興趣」構面為最佳。 二、嘉義市國小教師專業學習社群之學習成效具備「中上程度」,其中以「反應層次」的構面為最佳。 三、影響嘉義市國小教師參與專業學習社群之參與動機變項為「學校規模」,其中在「社交關係」層面和整體參與動機是有顯著的差異。 四、在嘉義市國小教師參與專業學習社群之學習成效的不同背景變項差異分析中,個人背景變項對學習成效並無顯著的差異性。 五、嘉義市國小教師參與專業學習社群之參與動機與其學習成效間有高度正相關,以「求知興趣與職業進展」最具有預測力。 六、根據上述研究結論,本研究對教育行政機關、國小教師及後續研究者提出多項建議。
This study aims to explore the current situactions of the participative motivation and learning achievement of professional learning community on elementary school teachers, the difference of teachers’ participative motivation on from different background and their leaning achievement, and the relationship of teachers’ participative motivation and their leaning achievement, and make discussions with the findings in the end. The research adopted questionnaire survey,the research tools is“Questionnaire of the relationship of teachers’ participative motivation and their leaning achievement”, and 190 teachers were the surveyed samples group who selected in Chiayi city elementary schools, 185 samples were effective among 280 teachers and the returning rate was 80%. Using the SPSS12.0 software, the data is analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA, Pearson relation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The data analysis summary was used to conclude the six points as follows: 1. The participative motivation of professional learning community on elementary school teachers in Chiayi city is “above average”, the perception of “learing interest”is the better. 2. The leaning achievement of professional learning community on elementary school teachers in Chiayi city is “above average”, the perception of “reaction”is the better. Factors posing the most impact on the participative motivation dimensions of professional learning community on elementary school teachers in Chiayi city is 3. “school size”, the “social service” perception of the all teachers’ participative motivation is to reach to significance. 4. The Variance Analysis from different backgrounds variables of the learning achievement of professional learning community on elementary school teachers in Chiayi city,the difference of the all teachers’ participative motivation dimensions from different backgrounds variables is to reach to no significance. 5. the correlation between “participative motivation” and “learning achievemen”t of professional learning community on elementary school teachers in Chiayi city is highly positive correlation, teacher’s participative motivation is predictive of learning achievemen, the most predictive was the perception of “learing interest and career progression”. 6. Base on concluions above, the research provides various suggestions for the educational administration, the elementary school teachers, and further researchers.
