嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值之實踐與學校內部社區感之研究

摘要


嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值之實踐與學校內部社區感之研究 郭秀芳 國立中正大學教育學研究所 摘 要 本研究緣起於嘉義縣政府推動校園文化核心價值,希望藉由學校教育喚起縣民共同重視禮節,並落實生活教育及品格教育,以加速達成富而好禮之社會。本研究旨在暸解嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值之實踐學校內部社區感之現況,及分析在不同教師個人變項與學校背景變項下的差異情形,並探討二者間的關係。以嘉義縣公立國民中小學教師及行政人員為對象,採用「嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值之實踐校內部社區感調查問卷」,進行問卷調查,總計獲得428位教師之調查資料,採用描述統計t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析等統計方法加以分析。 本研究的主要結果如下: 一、嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值之實踐屬於中高程度,並以行政支持層面為相對最高。 二、嘉義縣國民中小學學校內部社區感屬於中高程度,並以學校關懷層面為相對最高。 三、整體的嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值實踐情形之覺知程度會因教師現任職務不同有差異存在,其中以擔任行政人員(主任、組長)的國民中小學教師在整體嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值實踐情形之知覺程度較高。 四、整體的學校內部社區感之覺知程度並不因教師年齡、教學年資、現任職務及學校類型、學校規模之不同而有顯著差異存在。 五、嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值實踐情形與學校內部社區感之整體及各層面間有顯著正相關。 最後,本研究依據研究結果,針對教育行政機關、國民中小學行政人員與教師、及未來研究提供建議。 關鍵字:核心價值、嘉義縣國民中小學校園文化核心價值、學校內部社區感

Research on the practice of campus core values and school internal sense of community for junior high and elementary schools in Chiayi County Kuo, Shio-Fun Graduate Institute of Education, National Chung Cheng University Abstract This research started from the Chiayi County government drive for campus culture core values with the expectation that through school education, it can awaken the joint efforts from all county residents to emphasize the value of etiquette in addition to practice living and character education so as to rapidly reach the goal of becoming a society which is both affluent and courteous. Purpose of this study aims to understand the current status for campus culture core values practice as well as school internal sense of community; moreover, analyze the differences between different teacher individual variables and school background variables besides exploring the relationship between these two. This research adopted the teachers in Chiayi County public junior highs and elementary schools as well as administration personnel as the research subjects. This study also relied upon “Survey questionnaires for campus culture core values practice and school internal sense of community in Chiayi County” as the tool for questionnaire survey. There was a total of 428 teachers’ survey information gathered then followed with statistic t tests, One-way ANOVA and Pearson product moment correlation analysis, etc, for further analyses. Main findings for this research are summarized as follow: 1. The practice for campus culture core values in the junior highs and elementary schools in Chiayi County was rated between medium and high level; and administration support dimension was rated as the highest. 2. The school internal sense of community for Chiayi County junior highs and elementary schools was rated between medium to high level whereas the dimension for school caring was rated as the highest. 3. The level of perception for the overall campus culture core values practice would differ according to the current assignment for the teacher; and among them, the junior high and elementary school teachers who bore the responsibilities in the capacity of administration personnel (Director, team leader) were rated higher in the perceptive level for the practice of campus culture core values aspect. 4. Perceptive level for the overall school internal sense of community did not exhibit any significant differences between teacher age groups, teaching seniorities, current assignments and school types, school sizes and magnitudes. 5. There were positive correlations observed between the overall and each dimension for campus culture core values practices and school internal sense of community. Lastly, this research provides recommendations based upon the findings targeting to education and administration authorities, administration personnel and teachers of junior highs and elementary schools as well as future researches in this area.
