新北市國民中學推動學習共同體對學生學習滿意度關係之研究

論文名稱:新北市國民中學推動學習共同體對學生學習滿意度關係之研究 頁數:128 校系(所)組別:淡江大學教育政策與領導研究所碩士班 畢業時間及提要別:108 學年度第二學期 碩士學位論文提要 研究生:李佳容 指導教授:陳木金 博士 論文提要內容: 本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,旨在探討新北市國民中學推動學習共同體與學生學習滿意度之關係。本研究主要目的: 一、瞭解現行新北市國民中學推動學習共同體與學生學習滿意度之現況及關係。 二、分析不同背景學生對學習共同體與學習滿意度之差異情形。 三、探討新北市國民中學推動學習共同體與學習滿意度之關係。 四、根據研究結果提出未來可供相關政策改革參考之建議。 依據研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,編製「學習共同體、學習滿意度之調查問卷」進行調查,以新北市國民中學學生為調查對象,共抽取2所國中,共計 220位受試者為樣本,計回收有效問卷 205份,有效問卷回收率為 93%;蒐集的資料以描述性統計分析、t考驗、積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析。 本研究所獲致之結論如下: 一、新北市國民中學推動學習共同體整體及各向度呈現中高程度,其中又以「成立共備社群」得分最高,「凝聚學校共識」得分最低。 二、新北市國民中學推動學習共同體對學生知覺其學習滿意度整體及各向度呈現中高程度,其中又以「課程教材」得分最高,「教師教學」得分最低。 三、新北市國民中學學生對學習共同體在性別背景變項上無顯著之差異,在年級背景變項僅「營造學習環境」達顯著之差異,在學校區位的背景變項均達顯著。 四、新北市國民中學學生對學習滿意度在性別、年級僅「學習成果」達顯著之差異,在學校區位等背景變項上均達顯著 五、學習共同體與學習滿意度具有顯著正相關。 六、學習共同體對學習滿意度具有正向的預測作用。 最後依據結論,本研究提出相關建議,俾供學校、教育主管機關,以及未來研究之參考。 關鍵字:新北市、國民中學、學生、學習共同體、學習滿意度

Name of student:Jia-Rong Lee Advisor:Dr. Mu-Jin Chen 李佳容 陳木金 Abstract: This study mainly aims, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the relationship between learning community and learning satisfaction of students in New Taipei City . The main purposes of this study include: 1.Learn about the current situation and relationship between learning community and learning satisfaction of students in New Taipei City. 2.Analyze the differences of students between different backgrounds of learning community and learning satisfaction. 3.To explore the relationship between learning community and learning satisfaction of students in New Taipei City. 4.To propose suggestions, based on the research findings, useful for the future reform of related policies. To achieve these purposes, this study adopts a questionnaire survey.“The investigative questionnaire of learning community, learning satisfaction of students ” is the main tool we use. The sample includes 220 students selected from 2 junior high schools in New Taipei City. Of the distributed copies, 205 questionnaires have returned as valid, with the return rate of 93%. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis are conducted to analyze the data collected. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Junior high school propel the Learning Community in New Taipei City are aware of the medium to high degree of overall and every dimensions, among them,“establish a community to research the way of teaching”scored the highest, and“members of school can have the same consensus”scored the lowest. 2.The Learning Community propelled in New Taipei City perceive the satisfaction of studenets as a whole, and their degree of satisfaction is "medium to high",among them, " course materials " score was the highest, and " teacher's teaching " score was the lowest. 3. The Learning Community propelled in New Taipei City have no significant difference of studenets on background variables such as gender. On variables background of grade that create a good learning environment, having significantly difference. On variables background of school location have significantly difference. 4.The learning satisfaction of students in junior high school in New Taipei City. On variables background of gender and grade that learning results have significant difference merely. On variables background of school location have significantly difference. 5.There is a significant positive correlation between the Learning Community and the learning satisfaction of students. 6.The learning community has a positive predictive effect on the learning satisfaction of students. According to the conclusions, some suggestions are provided as references for junior high school, the Department of Education and future follow-up studies.
