從伴侶治療看配偶互動與親職實務：一個個案研究

摘要

這個個案研究呈現伴侶治療的過程與諮商主題，主要關切議題為親職工作與孩子的外化行為。孩子呈現的問題通常突顯了家庭問題，特別是夫妻間的互動與價值觀的衝突，因此有必要從伴侶的親職功能與態度開始檢視，其次才是將孩子問題納入。伴侶治療可以用來檢視親職分工與效能、彼此互動對於問題的影響與貢獻，也可以用孩子這個「公約數」、讓其各在其位、承擔親職責任。伴侶或配偶治療可以是家庭治療的先驅，其影響力與效果可能較之其他配對（如母子）更具經濟效益。

This case study illustrated a couple therapy's processes and themes regarding parenting and child externalized behavior problem. Usually the child's presenting problem demonstrates something wrong in the family system, especially parental interaction and values conflict. It's a necessity to start with examining parental functions and attitudes, then involving child(ren). Couple therapy can be a precedent for family therapy due to its impact and cost-effect is more promising than other pairs (such as parent-child).
