外遇關係修復之歷程探究—伴侶治療師視角

本研究旨在探討伴侶治療師如何協助外遇議題之伴侶進行修復，藉由伴侶治療師的視角，瞭解伴侶治療師如何看待關係及外遇事件，同時探討治療師如何看待修復。本研究採用質性研究，招募三位來自社區心理諮商中心的心理師，資料蒐集採用半結構式訪談方式進行，並以紮根理論進行整理與分析。研究結果可分為四個部分，逐一呈現如下：一、外遇不但是關係互動不良的結果，還是更多因素交疊下所產生的，包含了個人內在系統、原生家庭影響甚至上一代，無法單一化解釋外遇的原因；二、在治療過程中，伴侶重新看見對自己生命的期待，無論決定離婚或繼續婚姻都是種修復，同時，修復也包含了個人與過去經驗的和解；三、治療架構是按照治療師的訓練取向擬定，對所需要的資料進行蒐集，依照資料進行伴侶的概念化，同時擬定治療架構，而概念化及治療架構會依照伴侶當下的情況以及蒐集到的新資料而有所變化；四、治療歷程會持續受到（一）治療現場、（二）伴侶治療師（三）伴侶雙方的個人內在系統、（四）伴侶之間的關係，四個向度的影響，且在整個治療過程中四個向度會不斷交織，形成治療的動態歷程，在此動態歷程的交互下，治療成效逐漸出現。最後，根據上述研究與發現，對於伴侶治療、外遇及未來研究，提出若干建議，作為學術研究及助人工作的參考。

The aims of this study is investigating how couple therapists to assist couple who experienced affairs, and to understand couple therapists’ perspective of affairs, relationship, and repair. In this study, three couple therapists are from community fields who have been working long-term with couple experienced affairs. The study design adopts qualitative research methods, and used semi-structured individual interviews to collect,organize and analyze data inductively base on the theme. Four findings are as follows: First, an affair is not only a result of the interaction of a relationship, but also caused by many factors, including the personal internal system and the influence from the original family and the previous generation. The occurrence of an affair cannot be explained by a single way; Second, it’s essential for the process of healing that the couple can resee their expectations for their own life, no matter whether they decide to divorce or continue the marriage. In addition, healing also includes the reconciliation between an individual and his/her past experience; Third, the treatment framework is according to the training orientation of the therapist. When the information is collected, the couple is conceptualized according to the data. The conceptualization and treatment framework will be based on the couple's current situation and the new information; Fourth, the treatment process will be continually affected by four dimensions, which includes (1) therapeutic field, (2) couple therapist, (3) the personal internal system of couple, and (4) the relationship between the couple. Under the interaction of the dynamic, which is influenced by the four dimensions mentioned above, the therapeutic effect gradually appears. Base on the results, suggestions are given as a reference for practical workers and future researchers.
