婚姻暴力家庭服務中助人工作者之修復式正義取向實踐經驗

摘要

對於助人工作者在婚姻暴力家庭修復式服務經驗中，助人工作者需同時對相對人和被害人提供服務，此種服務方式對當前我國婚姻暴力防治專業人員來說，是一種新的挑戰，其中仍存有許多不確定與待開發的地方，因此本研究擬從婚姻暴力家庭修復式服務中助人工作者之工作經驗，探討助人工作者在對於與相對人和被害人同時提供服務時所呈現的理解，以及其價值衝突與統整，並建構助人工作者的所累積的行動知識。

本研究目的為：第一，瞭解助人工作者在婚姻暴力家庭修復式正義取向服務現象場域中的經驗與反思；第二，同時對相對人和被害人提供服務，對助人工作者所帶來的意義瞭解、價值衝突與統整；第三，透過以上理解與反思，助人工作者如何建構出行動知識與選擇。

本研究採用質性研究方法，透過深度訪談、文獻回顧及參與觀察進行資料蒐集，研究對象為某基金會參與婚姻暴力家庭修復式多元服務之助人工作者，其中包括修復促進者及社會工作者共七人，並以「主題式分析」的方式。初步研究發現包括三個部分：一、助人工作者眼中的相對人與被害人；二、成為一個助人工作者；三、助人工作者對自我的反思。最後，研究者根據上述研究結果，提出對於政策面與實務面等方面的建議，期能做為未來實務工作與政策制定之參考。

According to professional helpers’ experience, it is necessary to service relative and victim at the same time in the domestic violence repair-service. However, this kind of service approach brings a new challenge for professional helper in Taiwan. Because there are still many un-clear and un-certain practical issue in this new service approach.
It is quite important and necessary to discuss professional helpers’ image and understanding about the restorative justice domestic violence family service. The purposes of this study include, 1) to understand the experience and reflection about restorative justice domestic violence family service from professional helper; 2) to explore the meaning and value conflicts and integration about restorative justice domestic violence family service in the field work; 3) to construct the pathway of action and knowledge about restorative justice domestic violence family service.
This study adopted a qualitative design and used face-to-face interview to interview 7 facilitators and social workers who had restorative justice domestic violence family service working experience. The findings in this study included three major parts, 1) The picture of relative and victims in the eyes of professional helpers; 2) Being a professional helpers in the restorative justice domestic violence family service; 3) Professional helpers’ self-reflection about restorative justice domestic violence family service. According the research findings, some suggestions were provided for the social welfare policy, welfare institutes in order to construct a better working environment and labor stability in the future.
