During the highly globalization procedure, the subscription of the regional trade agreement or regional cooperation has been become the major strategy for promoting nation's status or inviting the foreign capital in today's competing environment. In 2001, China agreed the draft with the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN) to establish ”ASEAN Free Trade Area, AFTA” in the future ten years, and thus the East-Asia Supply Chain system has been formed. This paper mainly investigates the role of each country in the East-Asia Supply Chain system as well as provides the considerations of how to efficient applying the resources from the partner relationships, and thus to moderate Taiwan's role in the system.
