後冷戰時期日本對華政策中兩岸關係因素初探

An Overview of Cross-Strait Relation and Japan's China Policy in the Post Cold War Era

摘要


冷戰時期,在國際兩極體系的制約下,日本的對華政策配合著主權承認的國際法原則,以模糊性原則對應中國主權代表問題,在日本對華政策基調-「一個中國代表、兩個政府實體」下,透過「國聯中心、政經分離」原則執行對華政策,成功地擴大了日本的國家利益。後冷戰時期,在亞洲體系變動、中國崛起與兩岸相互競爭的過程中,日本開始調整自1972年來向「中」傾斜的對華政策,在強化、擴張日美同盟的同時,改變對台灣外交上的實質作爲,積極提出對兩岸關係和平處理的立場,成功地平衡對華政策的兩端,將日本置於對華關係的制高點。

Japan's China policy basically follows the sovereignty principle of international law, and takes the strategy of ambiguity in the issue of China Representation before 1989. Based on the ”One China sovereignty, Two Government Entities” principle, and focusing on the ”UN-centric” and ”separating economy from Politics” policy, Japan expands national interest in cold war period. In Post-Cold War era, Japan changes the Originate Policy of Mainland China favoring through expanding Japan-American alliance, boosts relation between Taiwan, and promote the peaceful resolution of issues cross Taiwan Strait.
