新加坡產業政策與人力資源發展

台灣和新加坡皆屬於海島型國家，也居於重要之地理位置，經濟貿易同樣是國家發展的重點項目，在1970年代的經濟成就也並列為亞洲四小龍，在教育成就上也都擁有良好之成績，但新加坡今日之發展卻已超越其他四小龍，直向現代化國家邁進。並在三十多年後一躍成為高度現代化的國家，新加坡的成果值得稱許，究竟新加坡這樣一個城市型的小國家，如何能在國際上有如此亮眼的表現且仍在持續發亮中，值得做一深入之探討。本文分析新加坡產業趨勢，並帶到其人力資源培訓與在科技發展策略上採行「利基市場」，找出實用性高，和具商業性的產品。硬碟機和多媒體製品成為新加坡資訊主力產品。且政府與跨國企業關係行成合作夥伴。在人才培育上，新加坡是國際化求才，唯才適用。新加坡的一些作法，特別在與跨國企業建立夥伴關係和用人國際化上，倒是值得我們學習與借鏡。
