感性工學之應用與發展

The Application and Development of Kansei Engineering

摘要


由於商品市場越愈趨於成熟化與競爭激烈化,迫使大多數廠商越來越必須致力於研發與生產感性商品,以求滿足顧客的偏好需求。爲求達成更佳的商品設計與開發,基於感性詞彙評量的感性工學,能夠掌握顧客的感受與需求而將其轉換成爲有效的商品設計,進以創造出更令人愉快舒適的商品。本文的主要旨趣,在於深入探討感性工學之應用與發展,希望能夠有助於愉快與感性的生活之提升。

Because the product market is becoming more saturated and more competitive, most manufacturers are increasingly forced to produce Kansei products to satisfy the requirements of customers' preferences. To implement better product design and development, Kansei Engineering is based on the Kansei word measuring, and is developed to catch customers' feelings and demands into product design for creating more agreeable products. This paper aims to profoundly discuss the application and development of Kansei Engineering in order to advance our pleasant and Kansei lives.
