我國自2002年正式加入世界貿易組織(World Trade Organization;簡稱WTO)後,全球化的趨勢成為高等教育機構發展的首要發展方向。這股國際交流活動的熱潮帶動各國對人才培育流通的重視與參與,尤其在高等教育的領域中更是顯著。無論是在內部的招生不足,或是對外全球化開放的潮流趨使,台灣高等教育市場的國際化及全球化已勢在必行。同時,對於地理位置相近,且在語言及文化上亦相近的陸生來台就學,為目前產官學界所重視及關切的議題之一。由於國內尚未正式開放陸生來台就讀大學,本文僅就2009年T校試辦的陸生來台遊學進行個案研究。本文旨在利用層級分析法(AHP)建立評估架構,來分析陸生來台遊學之考量因素,以及這些影響因素的權重及優先順序。本文之研究結果可提供學校端在招生策略規劃上之參考。
Since Taiwan entered into WTO, The globalization trend has become the primary development goal. The international interaction trend lead most countries pay much attention and take part in the education and training of human resource, especially in the college/university education. Whether owing to the inner problem or outer open market, Taiwan's internationalization and globalization of the college/university market is under the circumstances. At the same time, for the matter about China's students, the close of location, the similar of language and culture, to study in Taiwan is the hot issue for industrial, governmental and academic field. In views of Taiwan's government does not release the control on China's students to study in Taiwan, the purpose of the paper is to analyze the determinants of China's students. What is the student's viewpoint about study in Taiwan? The main purpose of this paper is to apply Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish an evaluation model to analysis the determinants of China's students to study in Taiwan, and the weight and priority among these determinants. The result of this paper could provide the suggestion on the ploy of attracting and recruit students for schools.
