「幸福」向來是人們追求的目標之一,幸福企業更是員工人們選擇企業的重要指標,如何營造幸福企業更是企業組織的重要工程,當然幸福企業是可以創造組織績效,不僅讓組織可以吸引優秀人才外,更可達到企業永續的目的。本研究欲從運用橘色概念歸納員工幸福感的主項因素與次項因素,以問卷方式及層級分析法(AHP)方式檢視探討員工幸福感的排序,更進一步了解在不同產業的員工是否對幸福感的感受會有所不同,藉以解析員工幸福感的權重順序。橘色介於紅色的能量與黃色的快活,跟愉悅、陽光相關,在色彩學裡,代表著熱情、魅力、幸福、創造力、決心、吸引力、成就、激勵,給人炙熱的感覺,能增加大腦的供氧量,產生鼓舞的效果、並刺激心智活動,歸納來說,橘色包含活力、自信與積極的能量,具有激勵效應,是快樂的,熱情的特質,代表著活力、奉獻與讚賞,本研究推論出六個主要素即是希望、信任、傾聽、內疚感與讚賞及同理心。本文研究結果,讚賞方案仍是員工幸福感的第一選項,依次為信任方案、希望方案,再則為傾聽方案、同理心方案,最後是內疚感方案;在次要因素的前三個重要因素分別為人員信任、激勵制度及即時鼓勵。更證實在不同的產業的員工,對幸福感的感受是會有不同的選項,不少文獻都佐證了員工幸福感指數愈高的公司,員工給的評價也愈高,相對的工作效率和產值也會增加。最後本文依照上述研究結果提出理論意涵、管理實務與後續研究建議。
“Happiness” is one of goals people were seeking out, moreover, an enterprise with happiness is a chief consideration to employees when they apply for a job. To create a happiness enterprise is an important project to any kind of business organisations. It is certified that when an enterprise fills with happiness, the organisation achieves a higher performance, attracts outstanding employees and arrives at the destination of sustainability. This research selects The Orange Conception to generalise primary and secondary factors for employees' happiness, and by adoptions of questionnaire and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to examine the priority of employees' happiness. In order to understand the difference from employees' vibration among different industries and analyse their priority. The colour of orange is between the energy of red and the cheerful of yellow, it regards to joyful and sunshine. In criminology, the orange represents the meaning of passionate, charming, happily, creative, purposive, attributive, achievable and inspirational. The orange used to regard the feeling of warm and increase the brain permeability of oxygen, consequently bring an encouragement result. In short, the colour of orange contains vitality, confidence and possessiveness. The orange is full of the effect of invigoration, and the characteristics of happy and passionate. This research concludes the six primary factors are Hope, Reliance, Attentively Listen, Guilt, Admiration and Empathy. According to the results of this research, Admiration Formula is the first adoption when employees vibrate happiness, following with Reliance Formula, Hope Formula, Attentively Listen Formula and Empathy Formula, then lastly Guilt Formula. The third secondary factors are employees' reliance, inspiration system and instant encouragement. This research proves the sense of happiness operates different options by employees in different industry. Literatures have identified an enterprise with a high employees' happiness index gains a centripetal evaluation from employees, and eventually improves on work efficiency and profit. Above all, this research provides implications of the theory, experiments of the management and suggestions for later research.
