稀有猛禽報告－花蓮鯉魚山的黑冠鵑隼
Rare Raptor Report: The Black Baza in Liyushan, Hualien

In the morning of September 18, 2011, while I was watching raptor migration with members of Wild Bird Society of Hualien at Liyushan, Hualien county, I found a Black Baza (＂Aviceda leuphotes＂) approaching from the northeast. After 5 minutes it flew southwest bound. All 21 people on the spot had witnessed this rare raptor clearly. This sighting was the first record for Hualien county.
