走讀「臺中文學館」－文學博物館的後殖民敘事

座落於臺中市西區樂群街的「臺中文學館」，原為日治時期警察宿舍群，市府將之登錄為歷史建築後，經過活化再利用，闢建而成文學博物館，構築而成舊城區裡新的文化地景。建物內外包含文學公園，採取新舊併呈的規劃，透過展示、陳列、文學意象造景與數位互動裝置設計，呈現大臺中文學發展的軌跡與臺灣文學的風貌，雖建構於日式木造建築裡外，但卻嘗試塗抹濃厚的臺灣本土化色彩。基於此，或可嘗試將臺中文學館視為後殖民敘事文本，解讀其展示內容所亟欲重構的，即是日本殖民與戰後國府戒嚴體制類同再殖民時期的文學發展歷史記憶；透過如是揉雜性場域所欲實踐的，是企圖掌握再現文化（文學）的詮釋權，提供族群辨識的鮮明印記。本文將借取博物館人類學與後殖民敘事的相關研究論述，援以為閱讀策略與途徑，並藉由文獻歸納分析同時進行田野調查，試圖檢視類博物館性質的臺中文學館，所具有的角色功能與相關議題。

The Taichung Literature Museum, located Lequn Street, West District, Taichung City, was originally a police dormitory in the Japanese occupation period. After the city government registered it as a historical building, it was revitalized and re-used, and it was set up as a literary museum to create a new cultural landscape in the old city. This museum contains an outside park; it adopts new and old planning. Through a very diverse range of exhibits, displays, literary imagery and digital interactive device design, it shows the development of Taichung area literature and the style of Taiwanese literature. Although this building was constructed with Japanese wooden architecture, a strong, local Taiwanese atmosphere has also been created. Based on this, this study attempts to consider the Taichung Literature Museum as a post-colonial narrative text, to interpret the contents of its display, which express the historical memory of the literary development of the Japanese colonial and post-war state. Through the practice of this multi-integration field, we seek to grasp the right of interpretation of the reappearance of culture and literature, and provide a vivid imprint of ethnic identification. We adapt the relevant research and discussion of museum anthropology and the post-colonial narrative to support the analysis strategy and approach. A field investigation was further conducted to examine the quasi-museum characters of the Taichung Literature Museum.
