幼兒教師專業知能之研究

Study on the Early Childhood Teachers' Professional Competency and Knowledge

摘要


本研究旨在建立一套適合幼兒教師的專業知能架構,以作爲幼兒教師追求自我成長、縣市政府教育主管機關編排教師進修課程活動,及未來政府實施幼兒教師分級制度之參考。本研究主要採用文獻分析法與得懷術問卷調查法進行研究,本研究之得懷術小組共包括幼教學者、幼稚園園長和教師等共23位。經三次之得懷術問卷調查後,其結果如下:一、幼兒教師應具備幼教專業知識、教學能力、保育能力、班級經營能力、園務行政能力、溝通能力和專業成長能力等七個向度之專業知能。二、幼兒教師應具備幼兒發展與輔導、課程與教學、幼兒保育、幼教行政及研究方法等5個領域的幼教專業知識。三、幼兒教師應具備課程設計、實施活動以及評量等17項教學能力。四、幼兒教師應具備生活教育、安全教育及健康管理與照顧等10項保育能力。五、幼兒教師應具備管理幼兒與環境規劃佈置等8項班級經營能力。六、幼兒教師應具備園務的規劃管理及執行等9項園務行政能力。七、幼兒教師應具備與幼兒、同事、家長、社區居民等溝通的7項溝通能力。八、幼兒教師應具備反思、參與進修活動及進行研究等10項專業成長能力。最後,根據上述之研究結論,對幼兒教師、幼教相關單位及未來後續研究方向等提出具體的建議。

The objective of this study was to establish an appropriate framework for the early childhood teachers' professional competency and knowledge. The result of this study could be used as a reference for the early childhood teacher's professional growth. It also could be used as a reference for the educational government to arrange teachers' in-service programs, and as a reference for the teachers' career ladder system. This research was completed with the methods of document analysis and Delphi questionnaire investigation. These were 23 committees completed the three rounds of Delphi investigations, including early childhood educational educators, kindergarten directors and early childhood teachers. The results of the study showed: 1. Early childhood teachers should perform the following 7 professional knowledge and competencies, including early childhood professional knowledge, teaching abilities, child-care abilities, classroom management abilities, kindergarten affair administrative abilities, communicative abilities, and professional growth abilities. 2. Early childhood teachers should show 5 domains of early childhood professional knowledge, including child development and guidance, curriculum and instructing, child-care, early childhood administration, and educational research methods. 3. Early childhood teachers should cover 17 teaching abilities, including curriculum designing, activities performing, and assessment etc. 4. Early childhood teachers should perform 10 child-care abilities, including living education, safety education, and child health management etc. 5. Early childhood teachers should show 8 classroom management abilities, including managing children, environmental planning etc. 6. Early childhood teachers should have 9 affair administrative abilities, including planning, managing and implementing kindergarten affairs etc. 7. Early childhood teachers should have 7 communicative abilities, including communicating with children, staffs, parents, and the community etc. 8. Early childhood teachers should have 10 professional growth abilities, including reflective thinking, attending in-service education, acquiring research skills etc. Based on the results of this research, there were several suggestions proposed for the early childhood teachers, relative organization and following research.
