本研究目的探討及分析幼兒體能教師的專業能力,並提供國內培育幼兒體能教師之參考。本研究以台灣地區北部、中部、南部之大專幼教(保)系教師、幼稚園園長、幼稚園教師、專任體能教師為母群體,經分層隨機抽樣、回收及剔除無效問卷後,共875份問卷為本研究之有效樣本。根據李淑惠、謝謨郁、林文郎編製之「幼兒體能教師專業能力之研究問卷」為研究工具,透過SPSS 10.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行描述統計法、因素分析、信效度分析達成本研究之結果,研究結果如下 一、全體受試者認為重要的前十項專業能力 (一)能製造和諧愉快氣氛;(二)能教導幼兒培養正確態度;(三)能瞭解及回應幼兒需要;(四)瞭解幼兒身心發展;(五)具備運動傷害急救與處理能力;(六)具備運動安全知識;(七)具有幼兒熟知口語與幼兒溝通能力;(八)具備心肺復甦術(CPR)的急救能力;(九)具有瞭解與控制自身情緒管理能力;(十)瞭解造成運動傷害基本原理與預防 二、幼兒體能教師專業能力指標應包括以下層面: 1、運動安全管理(內含六個能力項目)。 2、幼兒教育知能(內含五個能力項目)。 3、體能課程與指導(內含十一個能力項目)。 4、人際關係與溝通(內含七個能力項目) 5、運動教育研究能力(內含八個能力項目)。
Tue purpose of the study was to analyze early childhood fitness teachers' index of professional competency and to provide the references to the teachers in Taiwan. The population was the physical education teachers in collage, kindergartners, and professional physical teachers. After taking stratified random sampling and withdrawing the invalid questionnaires, there are 875 valid questionnaires. The resources of the study were from the questionnaires of the physical teachers' professional competency. We took descriptive statistics, item analysis and factor analysis, reliability analysis and valid analysis through SPSS 10.0 for windows. Here is the conclusion as follows. A. The top 10 important professional competency are 1) Creating pleasant environment 2) Teaching children correct attitude 3) Understanding children need and giving responses 4) Realizing children development in physics and mind 5) Requirements of having ability to deal with physical emergency 6) Having good knowledge about physical safe 7) Having good communication ability with kindergartners 8) Having CPR ability 9) Having high EQ and self-controlling ability 10) Realizing how to prevent physical hurt B. The index of early childhood fitness teachers’ competency includes 1) Safeguard ability 2) Knowledge of kindergartners' teaching 3) Directing and teaching of physical education 4) Good human relationship and communication 5) Research of physical education.
