一所公幼教保服務人員實施新課綱之經驗

A Study on The Processes of Implementing The ECEC Curriculum Framework by Preschool Educators

摘要


本研究旨在探討一所公幼教保服務人員實施新課綱之歷程,了解教保服務人員如何實施新課綱,以及在實施過程中遭遇的困難與因應策略。本研究採質性研究取向,並以訪談、觀察與文件蒐集等方式進行資料的蒐集。本研究發現參與研究之兩位教師在新課綱發展初期,即以資深教師身分受邀參與多次相關意見討論,比起其他老師對於課綱有初步概念。在執行方面,兩位教師依循著新課綱實踐的建議,從幼兒園課程目標的訂定到進入教學活動,均能導入課綱元素,但是事後檢視卻發現在課程發想時容易傾向從成人角度出發,未能充分考量幼兒經驗,以致於發展出來的課程不自覺偏向成人主導或知識的灌輸,同時也因為未能充分落實學習指標與活動之間來回的檢視,致使幼兒能力的發展上較難從淺到深的銜接。在實踐新課綱過程中所遭遇的困難與因應策略方面,教保服務人員因爲對於課綱精神無法全盤掌握,在摸索實踐的過程中很容易造成對課綱的排斥感,無法對課程目標與學習指標做正確解讀,再加上過去習慣的課程思考方式,以致在省思時發現要培養幼兒的能力出現不銜接或支離破碎的現象。針對上述困難,其因應策略包括持續性地參與課綱研習,與研習教授相互對話、與同儕教師社群間的討論,自行閱讀相關書籍以及透過積極的協同教學來解決上述困難。根據以上之結論,研究者提出對教保服務人員實施新課綱之建議,也針對推動與未來研究提出建議。

Taiwan has opened a new page of early childhood education and care on 2012. The integration of kindergartens and nursery schools has started on 2012; the ECEC curriculum framework (early childhood education and care curriculum framework) is the new challenge for preschool educators. The study was to investigate the implementation process of the ECEC curriculum framework to preschool educators. In order to identify the barriers and responding process, a qualitative method was adopted into the research. Data was collected from interviews, observations, and documentation during four and a half months period. The findings of this study were as follows: due to the ECEC curriculum framework concepts various from the curriculum that preschool educators were familiar with, those were influenced by personal teaching experiences. Educators reflected themselves after the ECEC curriculum framework planning, practice, and learning through doing it. Educators had the advantage of gaining meaningful experience. The researcher also found: 1. The interpretation and decision making of course objectives and indicators influence educators teaching. 2. Conflicts and confusion occur in teaching process. 3. Co-teaching and discussion influence the development of the lesson. Suggestions from preschool educator's application of the ECEC curriculum framework were also provided.
