父母教養方式與幼兒人際問題解決能力之相關研究

Relationship between Parenting Styles and Young Children's Interpersonal Problem-Solving Skills

摘要


本研究旨在探討幼兒人際問題解決能力在背景因素下的差異性及父母教養方式與幼兒人際問題解決能力之關係。研究對象為台南市三班大班幼兒及其父母,共計85組親子。研究方法採用「幼兒人際問題解決能力測驗」對幼兒進行一對一晤談,以及使用「父母教養方式量表」對幼兒父母進行問卷調查。研究分析採用描述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數、Pearson積差相關等統計方法,研究結果如下:一、幼兒最常使用之人際問題解決策略為利社會策略。二、幼兒人際問題解決能力在不同背景變項的幼兒,未達顯著差異。三、幼兒人際問題變通性及人際問題解決能力與寬大驕寵型教養呈現顯著負相關。最後本研究建議家長在教養態度上避免採用寬大驕寵方式,以利於幼兒人際問題解決能力的培養。

This study investigated the differences in background variables related to young children's interpersonal problem-solving skills and the relationship between parenting styles and young children's interpersonal problem-solving skills. In total, 85 groups of parents and kindergartners were recruited from three kindergartens in Tainan City, Taiwan. Participants completed one on one "Young Children's Interpersonal Problem-Solving Skill Test," and "Parenting Styles and Dimension Questionnaire". The results were as follows: 1. Most children used the problem-solving strategy of prosocial behavior. 2. Interpersonal problem-solving skills did not differ significantly according to background variables. 3. Flexibility in terms of alternative thinking skills and interpersonal problem-solving skills were significantly and negatively correlated with permissive-indulgent parenting styles. Suggestions were provided that permissive-indulgent parenting styles should be avoided, for the development of young children's interpersonal problem-solving skills.
