Recently, knowledge plays as strategic resource to create competitive strength for organization. For creating more value, knowledge must be selected, transferred and used. This paper is from social capital viewpoint to discuss the process. Because individual's knowledge is the accumulation of human capital, and knowledge sharing and transferring is the creation of social capital which simulates the development of these two capitals mentioned above again. Therefore, the paper focuses on three dimensions (structural, relational and cognitive) of social capital to explore the relationships between knowledge transfer, and will provide some hypotheses
