從社會資本觀點論組織知識移轉

From Social Capital Viewpoint to Discuss about the Intraorganizational Knowledge Transfer

摘要


在現今這個知識經濟的時代下,知識早已取代傳統的土地、勞力及資金資本,成爲組織及企業創造競爭優勢最重要的策略性資源,但知識必須經過制度的設訓來加以篩選、移轉、活用,才能產生價值。所謂知識轉化的程序,是指知識從個人分享給群體,進而推展到組織,若能於組織的知識移轉網絡加入社會資本的觀點,則其知識流通之量與質當能提昇。因爲個體擁有知識是人力資本的累積,而知識的分享與移轉則是社會資本的創造,其能再度拓展及累積組織的人力及社會資本此兩種資產,形成一種價值不斷提昇的循環,故本文擬山社會資本的三構面-結構面、關係面、認知面來探討組織內的知識移轉,並提出相關命題。

Recently, knowledge plays as strategic resource to create competitive strength for organization. For creating more value, knowledge must be selected, transferred and used. This paper is from social capital viewpoint to discuss the process. Because individual's knowledge is the accumulation of human capital, and knowledge sharing and transferring is the creation of social capital which simulates the development of these two capitals mentioned above again. Therefore, the paper focuses on three dimensions (structural, relational and cognitive) of social capital to explore the relationships between knowledge transfer, and will provide some hypotheses
