創業教育及其提昇商管群學生就業競爭力的有效策略

摘要

美國將創業教育作爲解決社會失業問題的有效手段之一，並已逐漸成爲美國職業教育發展的新驅勢。本文旨在借鑑美國在創業教育方而的作法，以作爲我國商管群學校進行課程規劃的參考，進而能有效提升學上的就業競爭力。爲達此目的，本研究採用文獻分析的方法，首先探討創業教育的意義及內涵，其次分析美國在創業教育的課程設計及推動作法，最後提出創業教育向我國商管群學校提昇學生就業競爭力的培育策略，以作爲參考。

Entrepreneurship education has been taken as an effective device for solving unemployment problems in America. It was also a new direction of the development on American vocational education. The main purpose of this study was to design entrepreneurship curriculum on Taiwan commercial education based on American entrepreneurship education for promoting students' employments effectively. To achieve this goal, documentary analysis was employed to explore meanings and contents of entrepreneurship education. Furthermore, the curriculum design and promoting procedure were analyzed. At last, the incubation strategies of promoting commercial education students' employments were recommended.
