Entrepreneurship education has been taken as an effective device for solving unemployment problems in America. It was also a new direction of the development on American vocational education. The main purpose of this study was to design entrepreneurship curriculum on Taiwan commercial education based on American entrepreneurship education for promoting students' employments effectively. To achieve this goal, documentary analysis was employed to explore meanings and contents of entrepreneurship education. Furthermore, the curriculum design and promoting procedure were analyzed. At last, the incubation strategies of promoting commercial education students' employments were recommended.
