乳癌化療後併發症的中醫治療：一住院病例報告

摘要

本病例為一乳癌病人於西醫接受化學治療後產生陰道出血淋漓不止，再接受手術，病理報告顯示為癌細胞轉移所造成的出血。規則地追蹤血液檢驗，也多次因血小板及血紅素不足而輸血。中醫採用健脾益氣，調理體質，遵循有形之血不可速生，無形之氣所當急補，氣為血之帥，重用人參終使其症狀得以改善。

This case study involves a patient who, after receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer, began bleeding from her vagina. After undergoing surgery, tests revealed that the bleeding was due to metastasized cancer cells.
In addition, the patient received several blood transfusions after several blood analyses indicated she suffered from low blood platelet and hemoglobin counts.
Our Chinese medicine treatment protocol for supplementing the blood followed the principle of fortifying the spleen and boosting qi. According to the idea that a material substance such as blood cannot be rapidly produced, it is advisable in certain situations to urgently supplement that without form; qi, which is also the commander of blood. Hence, heavy doses of Ginseng were used and the patient's condition improved.
