摘要

隨著經驗的累積，臨床上對古方的應用也將更加靈活，復元活血湯雖有“傷科第一方”之美稱，在骨傷疾病的治療上，有相當可觀的療效，但事實上，如能突破格局，從古籍瞭解古方的起源，理法方藥，結合現代醫學文獻之藥理實驗與療效研究，遵循實證醫學原則“有幾分證據，說幾分話”，臨症時加以融會貫通，切入病因病機病位適時運用，相信在日漸緊張之醫病關係中，能提供更佳的醫療安全性、臨床療效與醫療品質。
