臺灣中醫界推動實證醫學種子教師現況

在最近十幾年傳統醫學被廣泛的使用，中醫師已在各國形成一個醫療照護的專業團體，在大眾的期望及法律責任上，都被要求善盡保護病人的責任。因此中醫師要保持好的醫療品質，就需縮小醫學知識和臨床實際處理的不確定性，減少病患就診的不安全性，及強化中醫藥執業的專業性等方面努力，中醫的實證醫學也因此而勢在必行。衛生署中醫藥委員會大力推動中醫師對於實證醫學的認識，並推動相關中醫實證之研究。希望藉由實證醫學觀念的推廣，以改善醫療服務的品質，並提高醫療資源的有效運用。改善臨床教學、繼續學習、與醫療服務的內涵及其知識的來源。促進專業人員間的合作及互動，以團隊的方式來進行系統的文獻評估，使中醫師更能掌握中醫實證醫學，以提昇中醫師對於中醫藥相關研究的興趣，初期規劃兩年的中醫實證醫學種子教師培訓計劃，2006年以各綜合醫院中醫部、中醫醫院等教學單位的中醫師爲培訓練主要對象，舉辦一系列實證醫學學習工作坊，共94位中醫師完成爲期6個月的實證醫學訓練，2007年以開業診所負責醫師爲培訓練主要對象，共60位中醫師正接受實證醫學訓練中，希望未來臺灣中醫界，透過這群實證醫學種子教師的團隊，建立以實證爲基礎的醫療服務提供，進而推廣全國中醫醫療機構發展各專業層面治療準則的能力，滿足中醫師對臨床知識的需求。

During the last decade, use of traditional medicine has expanded globally and has gained popularity. It has not only continued to be used for primary health care of the poor in developing countries, but has also been used in countries where conventional medicine is predominant in the national health care system. With the tremendous expansion in the use of traditional medicine worldwide, safety and efficacy as well as quality control of herbal medicines and traditional procedure-based therapies have become important concerns for both health authorities and the public. The challenge now is to ensure that traditional medicine is used properly and is answered based on the evidence base. Therefore, the Committee of Chinese Medicine and Pharmaceuticals (CCMP) in Taiwan conducts evidence-based medicine (EBM) curricula in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner' programs in 2006 and 2007. 94 TCM practitioners, who were working in hospital, attended and fulfilled the half-year training program in 2006. 60 TCM practitioners, who were working in domestic clinic, participated the training program in 2007. We hope this is a good start successfully in instituing important changes in the TCM practitioner program and in establishing evidence-based concept of TCM system in Taiwan.
