摘要

蜂窩狀組織炎爲免疫力低下患者常合併之併發症，在住院患者發生時，西醫給予抗生素治療，但常反覆發作，此時中醫之角色扮演爲何呢？在整體醫療之時代，在此提出一中西醫結合治療成功案例與同
道分享。
此60歳女性，診斷爲子宮頸惡性腫瘤，8年前接受手術及放療後，雙側下肢常水腫，休息可減輕，右下肢較爲嚴重。95年11月18日，泡溫泉後隔日右大腿蜂窩狀組織炎，服用Penicillin三天後使用抗生素Prostaphyllin+Gentamycin靜脈注液5天，第八天中藥介入後，右下肢發熱、腫脹、疼痛緩解加速。此病例可提供臨床工作者一中西醫合作診治之學習案例，故提出討論，歡迎諸位先進同道不吝指教。

Cellullitis is a common complication in patients with compromised immune system. Antibiotics are often prescribed by Western medicine, but the symptom is often recurrent. What can traditional Chinese medicine achieve at this stage? The case report is a successful example of integrated TCM and Western medicine treatment.
The 60-year-old female was diagnosed with cervical cancer. She received hysterectomy, local lymphecotmy and radiotherapy 8 years ago. After surgery and radiotherapy, edema on both lower extremities are often noticed, especially the right side. Symptoms alleviated after rest. On November 18th 2006, symptoms flare up and cellullitis started after a hot spring bath. She took Penicillin for 3 days at OPD, but fever and the symptoms didn't subside. So she went to our hospital for help. After five days of Prostaphyllin and Gentamycin intravascular injection, she had no fever, mild redness and tenderness. Because her leg was swelling, the doctor consulted the TCM doctor for solution. After she took Chinese medicine, the symptoms were alleviated effectively. The case report is a good case for combined treatment and prevention of relapsed cellullitis.
