大腸癌伴肝轉移經化療合併標靶藥治療後白血球減少症之中醫治療病例報告
Chinese Medicine Treatment of Leukopenia after Colorectal Cancer with Liver Metastasis treated with Chemotherapy and Targeted Drugs: A Case Report
摘要
這是一位六十五歲男性患者的病例報告，因為大腸癌伴隨肝轉移於107年5月手術後進行多次化療藥物合併使用標靶藥物治療轉移性大腸癌的患者。後於109年6月經正子斷層造影（PET／CT）追蹤檢查發現癌症復發，因此於109年7月2日至109年8月8日進行化療藥物合併使用標靶藥物治療。但因白血球下降，患者於109年7月30日至本院中醫門診求治，經中醫辨證為腎水真陰不足，精衰血少，並服用《景岳全書》歸腎丸加減的中藥處方治療一週後，白血球已回升至標準值範圍。透過此病例可以知道，中藥針對大腸癌伴肝轉移經化療合併標靶藥治療後白血球減少症的治療有顯著的意義。

This 65 year old male is a patient illed in colorectal cancer with liver metastasis and treated by multiple chemotherapy drugs combined with targeted drugs after surgery in May 2018. The positron tomography (PET/CT) follow-up examination found that the cancer had recurred in June 2020. Therefore, chemotherapy drugs were combined with targeted drug treatment from July 2, 2020 to August 8, 2020. However, due to the decline in white blood cells, the patient visited our Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinic on July 30, 2020. He was diagnosed of the kidney water was insufficient and the essence was weak and the blood was deficiency in Traditional Chinese Medicine. After taking the Chinese medicine prescription of ＂Jingyue Quanshu＂ Guishen Pill for one week, the white blood cells have returned to the standard value range. Through this case, we can know that Chinese medicine has significant significance in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy combined with targeted drugs for colorectal cancer with liver metastasis.
