Stenosing flexor tenosynovitis is very common in clinical condition. It is also called trigger finger. It can occur as a result of repetitive use and is non-infection inf1ammation of the f1exor tendon sheath of the finger. The hallmarks of trigger finger are painful popping of the digit and pain in the palm at the Al pulley leve1. Comparing to Western Medicine, traditional Chinese medicine treatment has good efficacy on trigger finger. In this case review, a 60 year-old male patient suffering from trigger finger has been quiet well after traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
